Hello

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. If I'm going to get to know your family, it's only fair you get to know me.

My name is Erin. I grew up in Hanson (30 minutes south of Boston) and somehow ended up back here just a mile away from where I grew up. I have a husband named Kyle, three daughters, and a senior dog and cat. I love basketball, the outdoors, waking up too early, and watching too much tv. 

 

I worked as a nanny throughout college, at an in-patient psych hospital for about 6 years after, part time as an online journalist and then as an 8th grade English teacher before making the leap to do this gig full time, nearly 10 years ago. I LOVE this job so much, but over the past few years I've felt myself getting further away from what got me into it in the first place. Noticing and documenting moments. I completely fell in love with photography while documenting my first daughter and it's what I want to give to other families.

To you and your family - What the process will look like for the model sessions:

The model session is an approximately 6 hour session. Although I've documented 14 hour wedding days, and endless hours of families, I've never shot quite like this. I'm still going to be feeling things out for the first few sessions, so I may need to adjust the details as we go. 

​

For families who participate - my hope is that you will allow me to share 20-40 images from your session BUT there will be no expectation of sharing. Each session will help me adjust and prepare for introducing these sessions as part of my business. If, at ANY time, you change your mind following the session and want none of the images shared, that is completely okay. Also, I will choose some images that I love and would like to share in promotions, but each family will have the final say. (contracts will be available before moving forward)

Each family will receive ALL of their images from the session with rights to print, share and duplicate.

The day of the session: 

The day of the session (date and times) will be determined based on what you would love captured and availability.

 

Upon arrival - as with any in-home session I do, I'll have you give me a tour of your home. Show me any spots that are off limits and also any spots that are extra special. Yeah - that could even be the weird stain on the couch. I would also love to have your kids show me the things that are special to them. After that - I'll just sit back and become wallpaper for a few hours. :)
